As the name suggests Dir2Html, or directory to HTML, converts a local file system directory to an HTML index with or without hyperlinks. As like Meta Tag Builder it is Freeware software. It can be very useful for building file lists or cataloging contents of CD-ROMS or directory structures - the program can index either a single directory or multiple directories at once recursively.
I have used this simple but brilliant program to great effect several times while building my Ebook Sale website.
