Here’s another handy tool that helps search engine’s like Google to index your site… Site Map Builder
The purpose of the “Site Map Builder” application is to generate a map of a website that can be submitted to Google Sitemaps service and thus allow efficient indexing of the pages by informing the search engine of all pages that are available for crawling. The Site Map Builder looks like this:
I’ve tried several site map builders and this one is by far the best and easiest to use. Some of the interface functions include:

File menu with load, export and save options

So basically, all you must do is enter the ‘homepage’ url, (for example www.theebooksale.com ) enter any url’s you wish to filter and click the “Extract Links” button. When Site Map Builder has finished processing your site and the map has been generated , you simply upload it to the root of your website directory and report the location to Google Sitemaps.
